What happens if my mirror arrives broken?
We use specialized reinforced packaging, but if transit damage occurs, simply notify us within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Are the LED bulbs replaceable?
Most of our models feature long-lasting LED bulbs designed for 50,000 hours of use. We provide spare bulbs with every order, and additional replacements are always available in our shop.
Do you offer professional installation?
Our mirrors are designed for easy DIY setup. Wall-mounted models include a mounting kit and instructions, while tabletop versions are ready to use right out of the box.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
