Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your mirror in its original internal packaging and outer box to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Collection or Drop-off
Depending on the size of your mirror, we will either arrange a professional courier collection from your home or provide a prepaid label for a local drop-off point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
